Awesome typography work! But I really wish it didn’t have the thin white lines around the edge, I think it would look stronger without it.

"Funkin’ Sweet"
by Fredrik Oscarsson, Malmo, Sweden

The idea is simple, merge a device related to, and used in the funk era (vinyl record player) with the style and attitude of the funk movement (a portrait of a woman in afro hairstyle). Very inspiring to work on! Hope you like it.

ABOUT

What’s Thieves and Honour?

We create more than T-Shirts - we create connections.
We introduce the best designers and artists to art-orientated consumers.

We believe people have an opinion and that they expect to be heard, so we’re bringing you the freshest styles and putting the power in your hands.

We are, Thieves and Honour.

How does it work?

  • 1. Two artists create a design based on our theme.
  • 2. These designs go head to head and battle it out online.
  • 3. People can comment, share, and vote online for which one should get made.
  • 4. At the end of the battle period the winner is announced and gets made into a T-Shirt.
